I think its actually the opposit, a gun friendly person would have turned it in to customer service knowing that the owner would be back for it. this was probably some one who had know idea what it was :mrgreen:

Like an idiot I once used my Bersa magazine full of rounds to hold up the "sun shield" on a Red Box at a Walgreens. I got all the way way home before I missed it. It would not be out of the realm of possibility for for anti zealot to find it and alert the police and local news that this gun "part" could have been been picked up by a child. I found it still propping up the sun shield.
