Another claim that more surveillance reduces/protects from crime... I'm putting a camera on my hat soon ... it will "protect" me ...Technology to precisely and instantaneously locate shooters known as ShotSpotter has been quietly rolled out across America.
. In Nassau County on Long Island, gun violence was reduced by a whopping 90 percent at the close of this year’s first quarter. And it's accurate to about ten or fifteen feet, if not better. Some police departments have found the accuracy to be within five feet.
