I wouldn't call that article "pro-2A". In fact, it seemed to me that the writer was VERY grudgingly conceding to reality, with a lot of sideways snide comments to make himself feel better. And the part about the computer system being what has made NYC safer...a JOKE. I recently read another article about an LEO who taped conversations, roll calls, etc. in his precinct. And guess what? The computer system led to institutionalized UNDER-REPORTING of violent crimes among other things...if it isn't in the database as a violent crime, then a violent crime didn't happen. The truth in the article posted in the links is that Americans don't want more gun laws.
