lol cheese
My niece is 16 and a half, I keep telling her that they may not bathe at home to save electricity or well water, but here we do, my city has both lakewater and well water available ... all her school friends gave her scented bath things and body washes and scented body sprays etc for Christmas ... she showed them to me and I said "probably should take a hint"
I kid her a lot, but she's a kid who hates baths and hasn't figured that body changes make people smell different when they grow through the teen years. I took her to the store and bought her all new underwear etc because she said her mom said only had 1 pair .... (most are still in the package, I think she is wearing 1 pair till they wear out, then takes the next one out of the package) .... kids

... odd thing though, she's a lot like her dad
Like a "daughter" I raised years ago "Dad Do I HAVE to brush my teeth?"
Me: Naw, only brush the ones you want to keep.
Kids are entertaining.
If I hadn't quit smoking and couldn't smell her feet, I'd ignore it, I probably should ignore her other odors and just let her shower when she wants to
annually, they might come in handy as an invisible anti-aphrodisiac to boys.

In all seriousness, it can be a real health issue that is causing it. Foot odor is usually a bacterial or fungal related issue. If she has good hygiene otherwise, it might be wise to get her to a podiatrist and let them subscribe a strong anti-fungal/bacterial spray or cream to try and rid her of the stench. Otherwise she can get some nasty skin issues or even worse, infections on her feet.
Yeah, she has ingrown toenail problems, Podiatrist told my dad (who ALWAYS wore socks 24/7)
Feet need to air out and dry sometimes, and soak on antibacterial soap and water when toenail infections happen (I once saw dad drop a
bar of dial soap in a pan for his feet and I had to tell him the doctor meant liquid antibacterial hand soap for the foot soaking)
I don't get those problems, I rarely wear shoes. Back when I did, I also wore "liner socks" like hunters do when wading marshlands etc (lighter
breathable socks you wear under heavier socks) and as soon as I left the law office and was getting in the car, the shoes came off.
