The Wally walk

Post by glockoneniner »

No, no, it's not time yet...unfortunately. But, I do have a question: where did the bizarre and (sorry folks) somewhat ridiculous tradition of walking thru Wal-Mart and eating nachos come from?

While I certainly will do the tradition honor and make the pilgramage when I finally get the plastic. I've been rather curious as to when/where/why this began.

Cheers!

Those of us (mostly female types) who shop there on a very regular basis, couldn't understand why the guys were so excited about the "Wally walk". I do it at least once a week and never get a second glance.

I'm not sure of the origin, but I have seen this referenced on every gun forum I've visited. As day 65 comes and goes I'd be thrilled to be heading there.

It's all about going to a public (gun friendly) place for the first time.
