The case is in regards to the CHL age restriction, and the ruling cites Heller....(in my opinion it's a misapplication by the Judge). Either way, it could have further reaching effects on Texas CHL legislation. Please see the thread and reply there. And forgive this thread, it just seems this sub-forum gets a lot more eyes than the other, and this could be an important ruling.
