Well, if the program fails, they can make the stickers bigger in an easier to read more education appropriate font or something.

Probably the best way to "make banks seem like unattractive targets for would-be robbers" would be if the bank didn't have money in it ....It's all in an effort to make banks seem like unattractive targets for would-be robbers.
