Firearms related V-day presents

Post by 7075-T7 »

This year the wife got a Ruger LCP for v-day, never thought I'd see her so excited for a pistol :biggrinjester:

Anyone else give or get a firearms related gift this year?

Hubs bought me an LC9 over the weekend. Of course we sold off my LCP to fund it and I knew he was doing it......Does that count? ;-)

If it made your heart go flitter-flutter, then of course it counts! :clapping:

I don't know about "flitter-flutter" but I did jump for joy a little bit and clap my hands. I guess it does count. :)

I got my wife a new S&W M&P 45 compact.
She hefted it, tried the trigger and said:
"That's nice, light, feels good, did you see any of those chocolate dipped strawberries or any flowers, like you usually get?"
I made another trip to the store. And we had a happy valentines day!
She likes the M&P, but it's just not "the right" kind of a gift for valentines day!

Monday a lady bought a gift certificate from me for a CHL class. Her boyfriend signed up with it today.

Absolutely!

The wife called when I was at Academy buying it, as it was taking longer than expected, so she knew something was up. And when I got home she saw the academy bags. She still acted suprised though

Due to shipping being one day quicker than expected, I got my present one day early.

Got a SigPro P2022, 9mm, SigSights, 300 rounds of ammo.

I consider my self a very lucky man.
