I know, those are fairly obvious answers but it is what it is.

The Shoreline Grill shows blue sign, but the San Jacinto Beverage company, which I am assuming is the hotel bar and may include the restaurant shows a red sign (51%). The only way to determine what area of the hotel that covers is to call the TABC office and ask.

...called 'em...they say WELCOME...just observe the 51% in the lounge and PLEASE don't leave your weapon unattended in the room...doncha just LOVE TEXAS HOSPITALITY!!!

the food is incredible at Trio (its not cheap).

I didn't see any signs anywhere, but I (obviously) didn't go in to the lounge to see if they had their 51%
sign up.

I went to their website. The food looks amazing.
