Army Engineers land

Post by tommyg »

How do you know if land is Army engineers. They don't have to post
Parts of public land are Army Engineers and parts are not. Is a lake Army corpse or not
This looks like a real trap. What are penalties for carry on Army Engineer land
Need info to avoid accidently carry in wrong place

It's understandable since the POTUS says corpse when he speaks of our military - he says Marine Corpse, Corpse man, but it's Army Corps and the ps is silent sounds like core. "rlol"
PS not laughing at you. That's for our highly educated super intelligent leader. And I agree with you Corps of Engineer land should be posted.

2 steps to be sure

1) Check controlling Authority at TPWD Texas Parks and Wildlife (for lakes/rivers/State Parks)
ALSO
2) check US Army Corps site (including city/county/State parks/ conservation ponds/reservoirs etc)

If it's LCRA, your usually ok
If it's Brazos River Authority ... you're ok there, until you cross an invisible boundary line you can "almost" find on a usace map, but not quite unless you trip over a brass marker buried in the dirt on the shore of the upper/lower end of the lake your boat is in ... or something
