Started the Permit Process

Post by Topdog77c »

Filled out the TXDPS application on-line this week. Going to take the CHL class next weekend. From what I have read, that process seems to be acceptable. Should I go ahead and get my photo I.D.'s out of the way also.?
Thx.

No reason not to. It only takes 10 minutes at your local Walgreen's or CVS. Then you've got 'em and it's one less thing to worry about. Did you already schedule your fingerprints with L-1? If not, I'd do that and get it out of the way too.

Welcome to the forum. :tiphat:

To answer your question more in-depth, it depends on your class. Some include photos and/or fingerprints in the class. if not provided, then you can schedule your fingerprints anytime, and get your photos made.
