Pro Grilling Tip

Post by 74novaman »

My grill has 4 burners. The knobs are laid out where 12 o clock is off, with 6 being low and 9 being high.

I went out to grill last night, and 2 of the burners had been on the lowest low instead of off. Looked the same because the dials are straight up and down on either setting.

So yeah, dont be in a rush and spin the dials go up and down. It's a good way to waste a recently refilled tank of propane. :banghead:

I hope I never do that. Mine is hooked to a natural gas line with a virtually unlimited supply to pump into the atmosphere!

Propane! Actually I have both gas and charcoal. Gas is good for grilling on weekdays after work.

Maybe not as good as charcoal, but better than an oven or frying pan.

Charcoal? :headscratch I use wood. Charcoal is just for getting the fire started.

I love the episode when Hank's wife and son use charcoal to grill when Hank is out of town. "rlol"

Lump charcoal in a Big Green Egg here, but I wouldn't be anywhere near a pro. :coolgleamA:
