Yes, I was aware of the other thread. I was attempting to show how passengers--once again--were able to take control of the situation and spending millions of dollars of tax payer money on the Armed Pilot Program just seems wasteful.
The is also another thread about rent-a-cops shooting a dog. I see the Armed Pilot Program not much more different than hiring a rent-a-cop to do a real LEO's job.
