Well I just decided to answer my own question and go look. The sight obvously has a new design. Unfortunately, the header graphic, which is also an image map containing links, is not properly linked. The image doesn't show, at least not on an iPad. I can click on the link areas of the map, but I don't know where they are taking me until I get there. Crazy. Did he put Flash in the header or something?
