When does the 60 days start?
Does the sixty days start when D.P.S.receives your application or when you start your background check? Anyone know?

Supposed to be when they recieve the paperwork.
It appears that times have gotten better lately but a few years ago it seemed that the 60 days started whenever DPS wanted it to start
