What type of holster are you looking for? For my 9c (no external safety) I have a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB and a Fobus OWB paddle holster. I don't think there is any difference as far as the safety is concerned. What type of holster are you looking for?

I just bought my wife a S&W M&P9C, and I know a Bianchi 19232 fits it well. It's the same holster I used with my Glock 27. It's high quality while not emptying your wallet ($30 - $40). I liked it because it's IWB with the metal belt clip, which makes it easy to get on and off. Just my two cents.
