It says all persons in the car could be charged. That would include Pipa. Prison time could be up to seven years for the sister in law to the future Queen of England if she was charged and convicted.

Shooting paparazzi should be a legal sport. They are nothing but bottom feeders. I can't see how they can charge everyone in the car. How did they knew he had a gun, much less was going to point it at anyone. :nono:

That's just propaganda for the mundanes. Pipa is not going to spend even one day in jail. As said on "The Unit," there's not one law for the rich and one law for the poor; there's one law for the poor and no law for the rich. That maxim is universal and it is even more accurately applied in France and Britain than it is in the US.

IIRC, it is actually legal to own certain weapons in France...but somehow I'd bet they didn't jump through all the hoops required to do so. And the photog said he "knew it was fake"...yeah, right...he knew he'd have bigger problems if he actually pressed charges or said anything different than what he did end up saying...I don't think its simply about money, though...but about POWER. And the "Royals" have power.

She's not a royal. Still hot though. However, she may end up being Kate's version of Jimmy Carter's Billy.

It's an honorary title. ;-)

Kind of like the Obamanation's Nobel Peace Prize, except she's more deserving.
