Unfortunately,while at Reliant Center, I attempted to ask her about CHL carry in Reliant Park -- she quickly responded with a terse "That is a matter for the state of Texas -- not the D.A.'s office."

When I attempted to clarify my question, she then, apparently, received a cellphone call, excused herself, and walked away. Thereafter, whenever she observed that I would walk in her direction, she apparently received another cell call.

She's staunchly pro-gun and has done much to change the Rosenthal era of anti-gun garbage. Her opponent was recruited by a number of organizations (HPD unions) who have a long and rich history of fighting against concealed-carry and that have never supported a pro-gun bill.
