Unless you're going to be patrolling between 2am-5am when most car burglars and metal thieves are out, NW patrols don't make sense to me.

Hank, Dale, Bill, and Boomhauer standing in the alley probably deter more crime than a NW would.

Me to, HOAs are also a problem. They take away you private property rights. I don't pay dues to live in my own house.
