Army Corpse of engineers

Post by tommyg »

There is an effort underway to make the ACOE allow carry on lands that are under their control
Please write your congressmen and senators and urge them to support this vital measure

Sorry about the typo and mispelling of Corps

When I read the title I thought it was another speech like this:

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.

Could you post more info? Unfortunately the collective intelligence of our congress is just slightly short of producing enough energy to toast a single piece of toast, lightly.....on one side.

Unless we can call and say "Please support measure XXXX that is being circulated by Mr. XXXX" I don't think this will get much traction.

Thanks

The ACOE ban has to be one of the most pointless and unjust ever.

Tough call given the amount of freedoms we have given up to the government over the years. I admit it is pretty pointless. Ranks right up there with prohibition. That one finally was changed.

Maybe this one will be one day.
