Her shot might have been justifiable self-defense, but if that article is accurate, she did not do a good job at deescalating.

The two began to exchanges words, swearing at each other.
(Brereton is the woman and Salters is the man who was shot.)As Brereton and her family walked away, she and some of her family members made obscene gestures at Salters.
Her shot might have been justifiable self-defense, but if that article is accurate, she did not do a good job at deescalating.
