I buy used Colt parts from the equipment exchange on ar15.com and build 6921's . This one has the 14.5 inch SOCOM barrel with a pinned/welded extended flash hider to get that magic 16 inches.

DSA ZM4 Upper, Young MFG Stainless Match Bolt Carrier Group, Double Diamond Stripped Reddit Lower, R Guns Stainless LPK, Buttpul MOE.
Since you already have an upper, I recommend the R Guns SS LPK, it all fit VERY well with very little fitting. The stainless parts make it pretty easy to clean as well, after a range trip the I remove the BCG and wipe off with a gun cloth, cleans up fast.
