No, you are supposed say on the Internet that if it's a good shoot - nothing else matters.
Of course, you don't know if it's a good shoot until ultimately the jury says so. So you are so correct.

“I don’t know where you are getting this from,” said former Seminole County Sheriff’s Deputy Scott McLeod, range master at the Chuluota Sportsmen’s Club who was listed as a witness in the case. “I am telling you: Nobody has ever come to interview me.”

Re: Loose Lips Still Cause Problems...
I love word games like: "Up to a dozen . . ." and such things. At the end of the article, where most people skim after already having fixed "a dozen" in their minds, it lists the "Up to" part: Akkawi, his employees; a private investigator (one! see earlier in the article); "Two people" from another range (my take is that they were customers, not employees); and a range master. So I count four plus Akkawi's employees and Akkawi as part of the "up to a dozen . . .", and unless they interviewed seven of Akkawi's employees, I assume that the six that can be accounted for are an all inclusive subset of "up to a dozen."
And then, of course, there is the terminology chosen "The FBI dispatched . . ." which makes it sound like "CALLING ALL CARS, CALLING ALL CARS, GO TO FLORIDA AND INVESTIGATE . . ." as if there were not already agents in FL.
And you can bet that the "interview" count will be inflated by the simple expediency of walking into a gun shop, without announcing your intent, or official status, and saying "Hey, did you know this guy?"
