Long story short, after checking the online status every day for the past couple of weeks, the envelope arrived at my house. Everything is correct -- address, license number, DOB, but there was one glaring flaw: somebody else's picture and signature is on my plastic!!!
I called the licensing group to let them know. They said it was a glitch that occurred with the manufacturer, they were aware of it, that it had already been caugh,t and my CORRECT license was already in progress. My next question was if somebody else received their plastic with my picture and signature on it, and if so, we have a major problem. The call center rep said that there were notes indicating that wasn't the case. I asked if he could pull up my corrected license image online to make sure they had my correct picture (or at least tried to use my old picture). He could, and gave me enough of a description of my shaved head and goatee that I was comfortable that at least that had been resolved.Bottom line, still waiting...
