Do bear in mind though that we are making progress, and that progress often is a slow train. It wasn't that long ago that concealed carry was illegal nearly everywhere. There are a lot of rights afforded us by G-d and the Constitution. Sometimes some of them come into conflict with each other. This is a great country with many alternatives to meet our needs.
