My Daughter Deborah, just texted me - - - my grandson, Xander, who is only about 4 weeks old has spinal meningitis. They are at the hospital waiting on a room. Please pray.

My sister had meningitis as an infant. There were some scary moments (related to me years later, I was a wee lad then also). My parents said it was horribly unpleasant and heart-wrenching not being able to help her understand what was going on, watching her in pain.... But she made it through ok. 40 years later she's still my annoying little sister ( :lol: ) but none worse for an experience she doesn't remember.

I pray your wee one has a full and speedy recovery.
