Also, I plan to take the course an apply next year. I live in fort worth. I was considering a class at cabelas based on some posts I saw on another thread.

Make sure the class at Cabela's is the one done by Crossfire Training -- they aren't the only CHL classes at Cabelas.

I didn't know that. Good thing I went straight to the source to find out when their next class was for my renewal. Class was great, but I really loved the range. Breaks during this class couldn't be much better. You're inside Cabela's!
