He should have made a contact shot on the attacker holding him. It's much safer for innocent bystanders.Witnesses told local television stations a 16-year-old boy started a fight with a man and his wife. The teen hit and punched the couple, and police said three of the teen's friends joined the fight, surrounding the victims.
The man pulled out a gun and fired two shots over his shoulder, unable to see who or what he was shooting at, police said. One bullet went through a window at the theater, and the other went through the ball cap of the teen holding the victim, police said.
