I E D- improvised explosive device detonated near several parked vehicles, causing significant damage to a privately owned passenger vehicle.
Though not on the Virginia Tech campus, Harrell Street is located roughly 1/5 mile from Lane Stadium.

VT probably needs another sign and addition to Policy Handbook.
