Reliant Stadium

Post by PBratton »

So, taking the boss to the Bothers of the Sun show this weekend.

Since I'm guessing that it's not a sporting event, is carry permissable?

I think it's government owned so you don't have to worry about 30.06 signs.

Reliant is govt land and has the usual irrelevant signs. Guns show there on the 11th.

Reliant Center and Reliant Arena both have non-compliant "no weapons" signs.

Stadium, when used for high school/professional sporting events is off limits by law.

Personal bags ARE inspected for FOOD & BEVERAGES -
No "outside" Food or Drinks permitted inside fenced area of stadium.

Re: concert - not a "Sporting Event" on county property in a county facility.

You know, one strategy the antis could use would be to grant a concession to a company that wil provide only beer/wine/liquor for sale in the entire facility. Since that is their only revenue, it would effectively make the entire facility a 51% location, and that would validly make the premises prohibited for all carry.

Maybe I shouldn't give anyone any ideas? :???: Mods, if you think my post should be deleted, feel free.
