I have narrowed it down and I want this holster http://www.donhume.com/index.php?main_p ... ucts_id=35" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the Don Hume H715-M WC (Open Top).
However when I go down to the weapon model I do not see mine listed... a Springfield XDM Compact 9mm 3.8"
The only one I see is the XDM .40 4.5". I am hoping I am just overlooking something as I had a chance to try this holster with another gun and it was awesome. Would this one work for this gun if I type in the barrel length?
Thanks for all help
Daniel.

1)Treat firearms as if they are loaded. 2)Point the muzzle away from non-targets.
3)Keep fingers off the trigger until ready to shoot. 4)Be sure of your target and backstop.

Have you tried emailing them to see if they have one for your particular need?
Here is another brand that you might like. It looks very similar to the one you are looking at and they have one listed for your weapon.

I have a similar (but better - tuckable and cantable) DM Bullard holster that will fit your gun that I'll let you have for same price as the cheaper Hume. The Bullard holster is well-made I just don't use it anymore.
It's this one: http://store.dmbullardleather.com/catal ... ry/5060225" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
PM me if you're interested. Will take PayPal payment - can ship in USPS flat-rate box for $6

Using the weapon search on their site, they don't show your XDm at all.

Re: Don Hume holster... please help pick the right one
Yea got an email form them and the only XDM they make is for the 4.5" not my 3.8".
I did some searching on this site and found Hopp Custom Leather https://www.facebook.com/HoppCustomLeathers" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that someone here ordered a product from them. I spoke with Eric Hopp and he was awesomely cool and I ordered a custom made holster, just the way I like it.
Now he did say 8-10 week timeframe but by the time I actually get my CHL (so far it has been two weeks and they did not even acknowledge the receipt of material) this should be ready.
Thanks for all the info,
Daniel
