Most if it could be interpreted as violent....it could also be interpreted as non violent. A good example is he said "I am sharpening my ax and am going to be cutting heads off"....well that could easily be hyperbole for I am education myself and getting ready to vote people out of office....now if he was actually sharpening an ax and getting ready to attack people, then that is something else. Quite honestly it matters what he meant by it.
What is disturbing to me is that he has not been detained in a way that he can answer what he has been accused of but rather has been put into a mental institution where he has much more limited redress. Even scarier to me is that this happened in my county in VA.
The sharpening an ax comment is a line from the Rap song "Bring Me Down."
My business it isn't as amazin as it's ever been
As long as God allows me to be clever it will never end
Sharpen up my axe and I am back, I'm here to sever heads
Compulsive obsessive, I'm also aggressive
My mouth is the message, my life is a lesson, my pulse is a blessing

I don't do FB, but from what I read of it, violent rap lyrics are posted all over the place, yet this young Marine is the only person who has been arrested for it. This is another political thought crime like the Zimmerman case, except in this case, since there was no violence, it is solely a thought crime. No criminal charges made, so imprisonment, now extended to over a month, is not an "arrest." Pure "New Speak" out of 1984 to go with tactics straight out of the old Soviet Union. As the attorney from the Rutherford Institute is quoted in the CBS article, the police state is here.
