If it were my money, and my account, it would be moved to an institution that doesn't make me ask the question in the first place. But that's just me. There are too many financial institutions (even some of the big ones) that have specifically removed the gunbuster and such logos from the branches located in Texas.

most CU's don't have a sign, least not in San Antonio or Austin, and most, if not all, Banks do...

(round here the only CU's you can't carry in are the ones on base, and that's because you can't carry on base, and that's just plain stoooopid, and a whole nother thread :biggrinjester: )

:iagree:

The CU I first joined when I was an employee of Alcatel had an office imbedded on campus. When I changed office locations and it was inconvenient to use that branch, I discovered that all of their off campus sites had postings. I moved my banking business elsewhere and let them know, in no uncertain terms, why they were forcing me to leave.

As with any other business, there is just too much competition for my money out there to make me want to shop where I am obviously not welcome, so I card them, and let them know if their signage is improper too, and don't go back there to do business.
