I completed my class today and tried tro do online application.
Clicked on new application button. Submitted dl#, ss# etc. And it said
They do not have my info. Tried three times invade I entered TX FL or ss# wrong and it locked
me out for 24 he's. Anyone experience this. Guess I should just call the tech line Monday?

Changed address a few months ago But my address is correct on dl and the new app
login did not ask for address. Only dl# ss# birthday and audit # from dl to log in.

So I e-mailed the help desk and can't believe I got an answer a few moments
later 10:48 pm on Saturday (great service!) Only supposed to enter last four of ssn. Didn't se that anywhere. Ill try again tomorrow after 24 he's has passed.

You do know the "audit number" is not the DL number, right? I've seen people try to put the DL # in for both, and that doesn't work. The audit number is a long string of digits along the bottom of the license -- at least on mine. I think I've seen it alongside the picture on some licenses, too.

Talked to dps this morning. My ss # has not been visually verified
at my local dps office. He said bring my card by the office and they can update it.
