I've been wanting to pick it up since it released. Story wise, it looks like it delivers a good solid narrative. It is actually based off of Joseph Conrads Heart of darkness, and I've heard good things about it as an adaption of that story.

I downloaded the demo before it came out, and played it both on PC and Xbox 360. I preferred the PC version myself just because I thought it played better with the controls (but I won't lie, I'm PC biased, I'll normally rather play something on PC). Gameplay felt like standard third person shooter style. I thought the voice acting and cinematics were pretty solid, and the graphics were pretty. The demo certainly left me wanting more. Still though... I have a hard time spending full retail on this game. I've been waiting to see it on sale, and I think steam may have dropped it to $29 during their summer sale, but It's full price again. I intend to pick it up when it goes on sale again.

As long as you arent expecting Call of Duty, or Battlefield 3, It should be a good game. I view it as more of a thinking mans game, versus an arcade-ish shooter. Which isnt to say its not fast paced, bit I think going into it comparing it to some other game could break your enjoyment of it in this case.

Just my 2 cents!
