Radio Shacks, Family Dollar/Dollar stores, Internet Cafes
Those seem to be in the news lately, you'd think they are avoiding convenience stores, but why
seems cameras are everywhere ...
perhaps convenience store people are armed more than they used to be.

According to the Denver news, it is a botched robbery that has turned into a hostage situation.

An intriguing comment from one of the people nearby suggested that Radio Shack had become "a magnet for trouble" and suggested that their corporate offices address the matter. Really?

Updated news.

The showdown that began around 10 a.m. with gunfire and forced the closure of Colfax Avenue in both directions and the evacuation of residents and businesses and the lockdown of four schools ended peacefully just after 4 p.m. with no one injured and two men in custody.
