Another successful NRA basic pistol class.

Yesterday, we held another NRA basic pistol class at Golden Triangle Gun Club. My associate Richard and I were assisted by four new NRA instructors who wanted to get their feet wet without having to take the full plunge. There were six women and three men in attendance and all had a great time and came away with improved knowledge, skills and attitudes about the use of a handgun. Most had never shot a handgun before and by the end of the day they were getting consistent hits on paper plates at five yards. Our instructor to student ratio on the range was 1:1 and everyone got personal coaching.
