Great post! You described the CHL experience perfectly!
What ticked me off? It took the USPS three full days to drive 90 miles from Austin and deliver it to my house! If it had been possible, I would have driven down to Austin and personally picked it up when it was ready for mailing.
I guess I shouldn't gripe, mine only took 31 days.
