Commissioner's President Preckwinkle made a point of saying the "legal gun stores in SUBURBAN COOK COUNTY were a conduit for crime in CHICAGO". Maybe they are not subject to the same rules and regulations as those in the city itself. I have zero knowledge of the laws there, but I thought it was oddly worded when I read her statement.

However it is done, I am genuinly concerned. There is definitely an increased stench of gun control legislation in the air. Quite frankly, Obama had a response in the debate that surprised me not. At least he had the brass to say what he believed. Even if his answer is not getting my vote. Romney responded in a way I was very concerned about. Like a jelly fish! "he will work with both sides of the isle for common sense gun control"??? Come on folks... we have a problem on our hands.

I'm sorry... i am sure I did not just say anything we don't all already know but it makes it less stressful if I can type it out. I was yelling at my TV this past week when Romney jelly fished the issue. I would have thought a good firm response of... "More Gun Laws is not the answer. Enforcement of laws already on the book is". would have been the correct reponse. URGH!!!!

I will be voting Romney, but I am concerned!

Too bad they can't find a F&F AR up there and put an end to the question of where the guns are coming from!

Thinking more about it.....they probably have found at least one and quietly destroyed it without fanfare to protect elected "Leaders" and their agenda's. :banghead:
