2 DWI's - 15+ years ago

This question (or very similar questions) has probably been answered in a previous post but I'm new here and can't find my way around...thanks for your patience.

I got a DWI around September 1993 and another around May 1995, just a few short months before being off probation for the first one. Had to spend 90 days (cut to 30) in county hell for having the 1st DWI probation revoked. No drinking incidents since.

I'd hate for this to keep me from being eligible for a CHL in Texas. What are my prospects?

If I need to ask a lawyer, no problem. Just looking for a little help and thought this might be the place.

Should not be a problem, as long as both were Class B Misdemeanors.

You do need to put them on the application, and you will need your disposition paperwork, but 10 years is the disqualifying period for 2 DWI's, and you are long past that.
