A Doctor should never choose to perform, or not perform, a procedure based on their religious beliefs. A Pharmacist should not decide whether or not to fill a script for the morning after pill based on their religious beliefs. That is wrong. That is imposing their beliefs on someone else. If they don't like it, they can find another job. It's akin to saying "Sorry, I am not going use this defib on you because you don't believe in <insert some character here>".

This is a typical selfish argument that only considers one side of the equation. Try turning that very argument 180 degrees.

A patient should never demand a doctor to perform a procedure against the doctors religious beliefs. A patient should never demand a pharmacist to fill a script for the morning after pill which is against their religious beliefs. That is wrong. That is imposing the patients beliefs on the doctor and pharmacist. If the patient doesn't like it, they can find another doctor or pharmacist.

What's the point of having morals (whatever their source) if you're not at least trying to live by them?

Edit: I mean it seems to me that your position is that any moral disagreements are automatically one party imposing their beliefs on the other, but that simply isn't the case. If I were a doctor and I refused to do a certain procedure or prescribe certain drugs, I'm not preventing you from doing anything, nor am I requiring you to do anything you find morally wrong; I'm merely refusing to participate in something I believe to be wrong. Preventing you from finding a different doctor who'll help you would be imposing my beliefs.
