Print screen of what? How did you get into the system if you're already licensed. Or are you just printing the opening screen? If you have screenshots of the whole process, you're my current hero!

Oh, sorry... I see what you are saying. No, I use printscreen on the keyboard and print the opening page, then Select CHL, then Renew or Original, then the Login page.

I would not count on a renewal letter from DPS. I renewed a couple months ago and I never received a renewal letter. If I remember correctly on my first renewal I got the letter but not on the most recent one.
