There is no official record of a 30.06 conviction on the state of Texas website. TSRA has never mentioned one in their publications or e-mails. There is no anecdotal account among all the gun-store jawboning I have ever heard. Even the "anti-gun liberal mainstream media" don't report arrests (let alone convictions). I can't prove a negative.
