Wow, look at the petition they want signed. We need to publicize as much of this as we can as more ammunition against AWB 2.0 ... showing without a doubt this truly is a slippery slope/boiling frog that will not end with AWB2.0 but continue step-by-step to a total ban on all guns.
Join the movement to end gun violence in America by 2015 and ensure that America is a safe place for our children, as fast as possible, and for future generations. We are igniting the social conscience of the nation and activating a new broad-based “zero tolerance for gun violence” movement

Our goal is to mobilize President Obama, the 113th Congress, Governors, Mayors, County Officials, and School Superintendents in the USA to develop and implement comprehensive plans to end gun violence in America by 2015. We want to remove violent weapons from the streets and homes of America, including handguns, semi-automatic weapons, and assault weapons; and We want to upgrade and transform law enforcement, social protection, and mental health systems around the country to identify, treat, and support individuals who are at risk of perpetrating gun violence; and we want to transform America’s culture of violence by regulating gun violence on television, movies, music, and games.

By joining the "If Not Now, When?" Movement, I am committed to actively take ACTION, achieve RESULTS, MOBILIZE other, & DONATE time and money, so that we are ARM'D to end gun violence in America by 2015

I know it might sound cliche, but you will have to pry them from my cold dead hands.

Something that will not make it into most of the antigun media:

Lanza's mother had legally registered four weapons, and his father had two. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/1 ... 06913.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; at the bottom of the page.

This while his mother knew he had "problems".
God Bless America, and please hurry.
When I was young I knew all the answers. When I got older I started to realize I just hadn’t quite understood the questions.-Me

Do you think that she though, for even a moment, he might use those guns on her? She either made a fatal mistake or he planned a way around whatever precautions she took.
I don't fear guns; I fear voters and politicians that fear guns.

I just posted a pro-gun comment on their web site. It is "awaiting moderation." Any bets as to whether it will pass muster? :reddevil
