First time user and eligibility?

First is I got a ticket 2 years ago for drinking an alcohlolic beverage in a gas station parking lot that had the sign not to do it. Second is when I was in high school, I regularly went to a psychaitrist. Do I need to disclose either one of these? I believe the ticket was a class "c" misdemeanor. I'm really looking forward to getting my CHL but these 2 questions, mainly the second one, has me nervous.

You don't have to disclose a ticket for a class c but you do if you were arrested and fingerprinted. I don't think you have to disclose medical care but you do have to sign a consent form giving DPS access to your medical records.

Thanks for the reply. As far as I know the psychaitric stuff isn't in my medical records. It was 20 years ago anyways. I'm looking at doing my CHL stuff in the middle to end of January, so just getting prepared now.
