Symbols beside the topics .. what do they mean

Can anyone tell me what the symbols are beside the topics ?? ... some move and some are static ?? . and there are lightbulb shaped ones too ..... just curious thats all

That should be a sticky. . . or added to the FAQ! I've been around a long time and never bothered to ask, but never fully decoded all of the icons.
