They cannot regulate your carrying when off the clock, only while you are on. When you are off the clock and in the store you are a customer. That is any retail store, they only have a say if you do something against the store.
When I did the quote. I meant for it to be "on the clock" sorry people...Walmart will fight, like it's their last dollar to not pay unemployment.. I was fired once before, and I lost to Walmart for unemployment.
