A 60-year-old woman is the second homicide victim in a month in a far East Dallas neighborhood.

Neighbors said the victim, Roberta Moore, had complained about security issues at the Quail Hollow Apartments near Scyene and Prairie Creek roads.

"She's very on point about everything she's saying every time, every time, and I can't believe this has happened to her. I can't believe it," neighbor LaTrisha Ross said.
