The Narthex

I'm not quite in the room yet, but I'm standing in the narthex, reading the pamphlets...

I applied online this morning and got a Status of "Submitted". I was going to schedule my fingerprinting, but the website was asking for an application number and I don't see any numbers called an "application number" on my receipt, besides, I don't really know my schedule for next week yet.

I didn't see any place on the app to tell them I wanted them to use my DL pic, but I DID enter the long "Audit ID" number. I wonder if they are going to just assume I want to use my dl pic since I entered the audit number.

I take the class tomorrow so I'm hoping to get everything straightened out then.

Aside from the very real fear that this will fall down some bureaucratic black hole, the only other thing that I worry about is some know-nothing Express News reporter will somehow get a hold of my information and make one of those "where the guns are" maps.

...then again, if they DO, I guess I'd rather have my house be a "have" than a "have-not".

You should have received an email with a bar code. If you submitted today, the bar code number will work tomorrow. Go to the L1/morphio/whatever they call themselves today, and it will ask for it

Write "USE DL PHOTO" across the picture area, sign, and mail it with your class form and barcode.

What was the barcode for? I was under the impression the fingerprinter needed it but they said they didn't? I sent it to the state with my other docs.
