Would not pass, as the Feds have supreme power over the states. States can instruct its LEOs to refuse cooperation with Feds. Not arresting Feds' boys!v-rog wrote:This is a petition to compel the TX State Legislature to pass a preemption bill. uh, what? Don't you need to fill out form 1807 first? I know that it's a pain but, addendums 10-331 thru 10-335 are mandatory.JALLEN wrote:How 'bout we round up a posse comitatus and go after some bad guys?
