This is a petition to compel the TX State Legislature to pass a preemption bill. A member of one of my fellow defensive shooting clubs, which developed this petition, gave me permission to post this:

Would not pass, as the Feds have supreme power over the states. States can instruct its LEOs to refuse cooperation with Feds. Not arresting Feds' boys! :rules:

heres what gets me the state of texas was brought in to the union under an agreement.
that agreement says texas will follow its constitution and that of the union. nothing was stated about the federal laws the union was tring to inforce

How 'bout we round up a posse comitatus and go after some bad guys?

uh, what? Don't you need to fill out form 1807 first? I know that it's a pain but, addendums 10-331 thru 10-335 are mandatory.

I'll start calling my legislators to support this bill when I get the "call to action" from TSRA.
